Shipping policy

The delivery of our medicines usually takes some time. The exact period is determined by the destination place. The shipment rarely takes up more than 17 full days, although in some cases a small delay is possible.

If you have not received your order after three weeks waiting, please inform us about your situation. We will do our best to meet your interests in this unpleasant situation.

Refund policy

The drugs we have in stalk are generically equivalent to their brand-name analogues. We guarantee that they all have the same chemical and affect the human body similarly.

If you happen to be unsatisfied with our medications, please inform us soon. We will give you a return address and provide you with a complete refund once the product has been returned to us. However, before contacting us please do make sure you have been following the Instructions for the medications correctly. Mind that in most cases the effects of the medicine slow down if you include fat or alcohol in your diet.

In case the product has not be delivered to you within three weeks you can ask our Customer Support service for a refund. Your payment will be fully recovered within a working week.
